What products are available on our website?

The collection includes:

Trading cards:

  • 8-card booster packs
  • 20-booster displays
  • A total of 102 trading cards

Clothing: T-shirts (short-sleeved and long-sleeved) and unisex hoodies

Accessories: beanie, cap, tote bag

Exclusive items: water bottle, keyring, mouse pad

Printed products: A pack of 3 A4 lithographs + 1 A2 poster (delivered in a tube), 2 packs of 3 stickers.

Are the products limited edition?

Yes, this Capcom collection is available exclusively during the campaign and at Paris Games Week 2025. 

Are the textiles unisex?

Yes, the cuts are unisex. A size guide is available on the product pages.

Who is the illustrator of the Monster Hunter TCG?

There is no designated illustrator: the visuals used are those of the game's official publisher.

Will the Monster Hunter TCG be available after the pre-order period?

Yes, it will still be available to complete your collection at a later date (while supplies last).

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Shipments are scheduled to begin on November 5, 2025, after Paris Games Week.

What delivery methods are available?

There are two options available to you:

1 - You have pre-ordered

Home delivery.

Pick up at our Capcom booth at PGW (October 30 to November 2, 2025), upon presentation of your Order number and ID.

2. You did not pre-order

you can purchase directly at the Capcom booth during PGW from October 30 to November 2, 2025.

3. From November 5

you can purchase directly from our Monster Hunter Festa 2025 website.

What if I can't come to PGW to pick up my order?

If you selected the PGW pickup option but did not come to the booth, you will receive an email to:

  • complete your delivery information
  • pay the shipping costs
  • Your order will then be processed for home delivery. 
Can I have my order picked up by a third party at PGW?

Yes, with a signed power of attorney from the person entitled to the order, accompanied by their ID and that of the person mentioned on the power of attorney.

Can I change my delivery address ?

If you have pre-ordered, you can change your address until October 28, 2025 by contacting customer service before that date.

From November 3, you will no longer be able to change your delivery address via customer service. Please be careful! 

Will I receive order tracking information?

Yes, an email with a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the countries listed on the payment page of the website.

The 27 EEC countries as well as the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.

Who pays the customs fees?

Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What payment methods are available?

We accept:

  • French bank cards
  • Debit or credit cards (European and international)
  • American Express
  • Bancontact (for Belgium)
Is payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are 100% secure via our service provider.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact customer service with your first and last name and the email address you used when placing your order.

Order tracking

How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

 You can track your order on the carrier's website.

 → The “unprocessed” status visible in your customer account does not reflect the actual status of the shipment.

The tracking information is not changing. Is this normal?

Yes, it can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If there is no change within this time frame, please contact customer service.

How long will it take to receive a response?

Customer service will respond within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Right of withdrawal, exchanges, and refunds

Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Yes. In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

How do I request a withdrawal or exchange?

You can:

  • send an email to customer service at mh@linkdigitalspirit.com with the subject line “Return request” or “Exchange request,”
  • return the product(s) using the return slip provided for this purpose.
How long do I have to return the products?

You must return the products within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw, at your own expense, to the address provided by our customer service department.

In what condition must the product be returned?
  • To be accepted, the product must:
  • Be new, complete, unused, unworn, unopened, be in its original packaging,not have been damaged by the customer.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed or damaged products.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Contact customer service at mh@linkdigitalspirit.com as soon as possible, specifying:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the product concerned
  • whether you want a refund or an exchange.
  • After verification, we will proceed with the exchange or full refund.
  • If the product is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
  • Return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of proof of payment (invoice sent to customer service).
Who pays the return shipping costs?

You, in the case of a standard exchange or withdrawal.

We will pay only in the event of an error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the return has been validated, the refund (including the initial delivery costs) will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
