REGISTRATION
After completing the application process, the team captain will receive an initial email confirming that the team’s application has been successfully received.
A second email will follow, confirming that the team name and hunters’ names have been validated. To fully confirm the registration, the team captain must send an email to mhchampionshipfrance25@gmail.com complete with a copy of two tickets to Paris Games Week 2025 for Saturday, November 1st.
- For applications submitted before Wednesday, October 1st, the tickets must be sent no later than October 1st.
- For applications submitted after October 1st, the tickets must be sent within 7 (seven) days of receiving the second confirmation email validating the team and hunters’ names.
If the required documents are not received within the given deadlines, the application will be automatically cancelled.
Once the tickets are received and verified within the specified timeframe, the team captain will receive a third and final email confirming the team’s official registration to the Monster Hunter Wilds France Championship 2025. Registrations will close on Monday, October 20th at 11:59 PM CEST.
On-site registrations may be possible depending on availability on the event day, but are not guaranteed.
